Headrest Removal
I would like to mount some LCD screens in my headrest and want to take them apart to determine clearance. Anyone know how they come apart? I have an 06 c230 but any experiences with other models may lead me in the right direction.

Rather then modify your OE headrests, why not just buy some pre-fabbed aftermarket headrests?

There are companies like Myron and Davis that have headrest replacements. They dont look like the OE headrests but better then to cut up the stock ones.

With the plastic backs that my headrests have I could get a very clean look at a fraction of the cost and I would not have to worry about material matching. Because it is plastic I could easily fill in the holes and repaint if I needed to.

If i can get them off ! i will keep that in mind though about the ones you have i tend to make a mess sometimes so i may need them
