Voice command help please

Reposting form W211 forum...

Just paired a new E815 with V60 Bluetooth puck in 2004 E320. Went well, command screen uploaded phonebook & voice command “dial xyz” works great. However, once connected, party called cannot hear anything from the car. Command key, 2nd from top left screen, msg. reads “mic off.” Tap the key to “mic on”, but called party still cannot hear any sound from the car. Is problem with car mic or part of the E815 linkage? Solution anyone?

Did you use the car system with a V60 phone before using the Puck and was it okay? Did you try re-seating the Puck in the cradle? These are the only two steps that I can think of that you can quickly do yourself.

3 Porsche rotation
This also happen to me right after the initial setup for the 2002 and 2006 E55s. I had to turn off the ignition for a few minutes, restart the ignition, and everythings is find after that. I guess the bluetooth module/puck needs to reboot. I am also using Motorola E815 and it has been working very well.
