MCS radio antenna

OK WannaML is now GottaML! Yeah! Got a 2001 ML430 with the big MCS nav/radio system. Have been attempting to get my SIRIUS satellite radio to play thru the stock radio. OK I've read about removing the MCS radio system and soldering an AUX input by eliminating the casette player and maybe that is the way to get the best sound quality. But since satellite radio signal is not the best quality anyway....I was hoping to use the satellite radio line out feed directly into the radio antenna. There is a simple (and cheap) device which intercepts the radio antenna allowing the satellite radio signal to go into the car radio without FM modulation station bleed over. I have this device in my Ford truck and it works fine. PROBLEM with the ML = the antenna coaxial going into the ML radio does not have the typical connections which would allow the use of the device. Anybody got any ideas? Thanks

SIRIUS connection

OK to save precious time for your kind responses to this question, I will post the solution. The radio installation guys at Circuit City had just the solution. It seems that there is European antenna cable adapter that allows the interface with the FM modulator relay (proper name for the device). It actually takes two adapter cables since each cable has a male and female end of different design. US makers use an antenna cable design typical of aftermarket radios and of course, VW, Audi, MB use the European design cable. I realize this is NOT the solution for iPod which needs an AUX input, however it is a quick and easy fix for satellite receivers with FM modulation bleed over problems.
