iPod adapter for 2005 C230
Hey guys, I know my ride isn't as fancy as yours (yet) but I would like to get an iPod adapter installed. I talked to the dealership and they quoted me $399 or the adapter and $500 for installation, which sounds just crazy. Can you give me any tips? Advice? I saw the other thread for the Dennison, is that a good option?

$500 to install it? That is nuts....
Do a search on Steve, MBenzNL. I know he can get the part at a resonable price and depending on where you are he may be able to install it as well.
In any case, the factory option is the very best, better than any aftermarket add on. You can control it through the steering wheel controls, no one else can provide that.
