You'll need to get the phone system installed first, shop around a few dealers. The good news is that your car is factory pre-wired for the sytem.

would you know where i can just order the parts since i'm pretty good with my own installs..i did my own motor swap for my is300 and ran the ecu myself...so i dont think the phone system should be that hard since its already pre-wired

The kit is MB. If you can't find one on ebay, you'll have to buy it at your local dealer. After the install, you'll need to go back to your dealer to have your car's bus prioritized for the hands-free system. You can't do this because it requires use of a special service tool.

For the parts price, check www.mbusa.com build-your-own section under accessories. Add $350 for the Bluetooth Module. Allow about 1.5 hours labor for C-Class.

Use this info to compare quotes from your local dealers. This is important because each MB dealer is free to charge according to "local market conditions" as they like to say.
