I don't believe that the COMAND supports RDS.

Euro Comands 2.0 have RDS. So anyone looking to add XM with a Euro Comand 2.0. This looks like the hot ticket.

I dont think this unit will ever come out. Audivox announced it a LOOOONG time ago but the RDS unit still hasnt come out. Crutchfield used to have it as a "pre-order" item but now I think they removed it because of the 6-8 month delay.

Somehow I doubt that it makes any difference unless you are suggesting that it uses a fixed frequency FM modulation to plug inline with the existing car antenna.

For it to show song names it would need to have full RDS support on the modulated signal.
