Are all W203 on MOST or only the facelifted ones?

Are all W203 on MOST or only the facelifted ones?
Quick question. About to buy a 2nd hand Comand module and was wondering if the facelifted W203 C Classes modules were the same type as the non facelifted ones. That is : are all W203 on MOST or only the facelifted ones and the earlier non facelifted are on D2B?
