You can just buy the door wiring harnesses for this and add them
The dealer will/may have to tell the door controllers that they have the extra lighting
Assuming there are no lights in your door at the moment :-
From section 82.174 on EPC for E class
Cable Harness, left front door with illumination

Ditto, Right

I think those numbers include the lenses, but may not
I dont know whether you have to fit all the lights, otherwise the door controller may report a blown bulb, or not.
If you have some of those lights, but not all, I would guess that the loom is already there and all you need is to plug them in
