Command APS - V Class
Greetings.
Just pick up a new Vito 120Cdi (Yes I know, boring, a van).
I went a bit mad and had it built a a few luxury (for a van) options.
Command APS was one of them.
Trouble is it has not worked from the moment I picked it up and as this was a commercial dealer they dont seem to have a clue about it. Spent ages on the fone to their techs and workshop.
The audio functions work ok but the GPS location is complety wrong as shown on the screen. Very fed up and frustraited as I cant seem to get any sense of of them. TomTom now back on windscreen!!
They seem to think that the software delivered with the van is incorrect but do not know for sure and are trying to find out.
Does anybody know what is the proper sofware version I should be using???

...Oh thats the other thing, they havn't got a clue what to do with the phone prep. I have a base unit installed on the dash and they told me to fit a 'cradel' for my phone. I asked where to get one from and they do not know. Nor do they know what cradels are available.
Geeze these guys are trying my paitence.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
