Cd Changer Price

How much should a cd changer cost to be put in my car? I have a 02 C 230 and the dealer quoted me 140$! sounds kind of high for a thirty min install job!

That's pretty damn cheap?? I guess it varies depending of what class you have. My dealer quoted me $750.00 installed and everything.

That's a great price!! There are some horror stories out there with dealers charging up to 4 hours of labor!! That's 4 x $85/hour = $340!! Make an appointment and hold your dealer to that price.

that's for the install and i think its fair. mine took more than an hour (maybe almost 2) but he quoted me a similar price and stuck to it even though it went over his estimate.

i called around and some places wanted 2.5 hours.
