Question re iPod Kit Song Volume Fluctuations
I've had my kit for about a month now, and I've noticed that the difference in song volume is sometimes tremendous.
Is this due to the individual recordings of each song on the iPod itself, or do you think it could be something affected by my stereo itself?

Try Enabling Sound Check
Make sure you have Sound Check enabled in iTunes and in your iPod.
Sound Check
Available settings: On, Off (default)
This setting only works if you enabled the Sound Check feature in iTunes before synchronizing the audio files to iPod. When Sound Check is On, iPod adjusts all song volumes so that they all play at the same level.
In iTunes, the setting is in Edit\Preferences\Playback.
In the iPod, the setting is in Settings\Sound Check
