ipod kit install

Is this something that can be installed by the end user or just the dealer? I'm familiar with electronics etc.

2005 C Wagon (No snickering please!)
Not as easy on an E, compared to a C, but it can be done in a half day.

I did the install on my C, and I remember the tech saying that E's are much more difficult. I would strongly suggest that you have the WIS documents before you begin, or at the least, use them to determine if you're comfortable doing the work.

The only "hard" part is running the wires form the back to the front. every thing just plugs right in. Except for the can wires on the AGW. but that is easy. I've done the last two without taking the gateway out. Just unplugging the harness.
