W163 with Avic D3 which dash kit to use?
My D3 comes with no bracket or cage. also the trim plate that is in the box is too big for the D3. What dashkit should I buy to install it in a W163 2000 ML55 to be exact.
I already have the Metra harness all wired up and performed the bypass procedure. However I didnt use the Mute connection.
Do I really need to connect the Mute to the D3? I dont use the Phone connection in the ML55.
TIA. Cant wait to power up the unit.
