NAV voice prompts

NAV voice prompts
My Nav doesnt give me the voice prompts. I know the volume is up and I can see the map on the screen but no street names and no voice. Am I doing something wrong?

To assist you doing what glennbaz correctly suggests, press the "RPT" (repeat) button on COMAND to get enough time with the voice prompts to adjust the volume.
Also check your COMAND manual (or other head unit instructions); you will find out how to adjust the level to which other audio decreases when the nav voice prompts are being spoken.
