W210 CD Changer Install
I just purchased a mercedes fiberoptics (A203) CD changer on-line. Planning to install into a 2002 E320.
Looking at the postings, there seems to be conflicting information. First, the location in the trunk, is it on the right cleft or left cleft?
Also, what reprogramming is needed? I installed an Alpine for BMW 2000 528i and it just plugged and played.
Would appreciate any help.

Apparently the E-class does not have to be reprogrammed.
There are some installation pictures. You also have to be certain the vertical/horizontal switch is correct.
