SL55 sun visor --> TV
To remove the screen-off function of TV of COMMAND over
certain speed , I am following Richard's teaching.
Meanwhile, I am making a sun visor to wireless TV by myself.
(I am not a technician . It is just to have a fun.)
The sun visor has a mirror and when you open the cover
of the mirror, a switch will be on to send electricity to the lamp
above the sun visor.
I am going to remove the lamp , make it short, remove the switch,
and use the switch lines as power lines for TV and wireless
receiver.
If I make a success , this will have follow functions;
1. TV (NTSC)
2. Three AV utilities in the trunk( ex; rear view camera,
navigation, DVD) . Electricity will be supplied by current DC
outlet in the trunk.
3. AV signals will be sent with wireless using 2.4 GHz.
(So I don't have to insert lines into the body of my SL55. )

I know other companies...
but all companies including the one you mentioned
make only small sizes LCD sun visors( 5" or less)
and you need additional wiring job.
I made it with 7 " and it is wireless.
But now I started modification. I would like to add some
other function such as rear view.
