Hello,

I just installed the "puck with tail" in my 03 E55 (w211 chassis.) Does anyone have (or can direct me to find) the install documentation for this? Specifically, I would like to be able to take the programming instructions in to my dealer. I believe that two things need to be set: in the ctel section, adaptations, cradle to "fitted." And, in the instrument cluster, adaptations, phone to "fitted." Anybody have positive directions for this?

I had my 2003 E500 coded today at MB. The follwing links are what I printed for the Service advisor to follow and everything works great.

I did not see a puck or a tail in these documents, this is standard UHI/MHI. Shouldn't you use a different guide for the puck-with-tail?

 

I disconnected the cradle and plugged in the new BT puck/Tail.
The SA configured as per the PDF MOST configuration.
It works fine.
