Please see the attached pics below. Has this ever happened to anyone here on the board? It seems to be intermittent. It also seems to happen more often when the car has been sitting in direct sunlight during a hot day. Anyone?
While I've been using the original dvd when the issue occured when I took these pictures, I've been told that using a copy of my original 2006.1 DVD causes some of these problems.
Can anyone validate? TIA

I have this same error message. Tried the reset and it did not work. I have a 2007 E63. Seems the DVD unit has not power, wont accept a DVD disc. Any hints? I attached photos. Looks like something may be missing?
