Kenwood did a comparison with their cheaper DNX7100, I prefer the DDX-8019 but here was the pros of the Kenwood.

-no reverse angle of the screen, Kenwood has 7 including the reverse, strada 5
-requires speed sense input, Kenwood doesn't but the strada has phone number look up and 12million points of interest. also the strada is 30 gig spinning hard drive and kenwood is flash memory with a SD card slot for upgrades
-iPod videos don't work like the Kwood
-no portable MP3/USB support
-no remote control (wireless)
-strada is $400 more

to me it was ever makes you happy, looks like a nice unit, but i am sure they are behind on the times, when they should be leading the pack. 8 years ago they had a screen with 5.1... but no nav, alpine came in and spanked them
