I believe there's a plug that can be installed on the connector to complete the fiber optic loop.
However, a Mercedes dealer must still program the system to tell system which components are present--currently your system thinks you have a changer.

This part should allow a pass-through at the fibre loop where the changer has been removed: A000 545 33 84.
On a D2B system you don't have to tell the new configuration of devices in the fibre loop (although experts say this would help diagnosis).
It is part #40 here:

thanx
thank you for replay
I am with the sound that D2B loop should be physically close. nothing can be done with programming
I am happy to tolled you that my problem was solved. I do it in simple way. disassemble the 90 deg CD connector and just with my hand I hold the two bulb facing each other , ask some one to turn on the radio , immediately I see the difference the red bulb give continues light not only flicker four times
then with AL foil I fix them and try the system , it was work just fine.
finally I fix them very well with thicker foil and tape.
thank you again .
