Gps Mph & Performance Measuring Devices

Does anyone have any info on some good quality automotive, GPS based devices that can display MPH, 1/4 mile times etc.? The only one I have found is the Gtech-pro, and it will not show just MPH. It appears it will only show mph on a 1/4 mile run. I am looking for one that will show over 200 mph. Any help would be appreciated.
