Hi:
Where is it written that the radio is supposed to 'blank' out every few minutes or so when you are left a voice mail message?
Is this programmable by you? By Your Carrier? By MB Service?

Normally any handsfree set has a "Mute Wire" connected to the radio, which switches the radio to MUTE, when a phone call or any other message activates the phone. ,Just try to find the wire and cut it and the radio/CD stays on even if the phone rings. It has nothing to do with the cell phone provider, but to do with the radio and the handsfree set.
