Is it possible to retrofit this new wide command to play DVD's on the screen. I know prior to this wider command it was possible by using the Megacomm Adapter, is this still the case or do we need different parts. Please Help!!! If the megacomm adapter is still available to use please specify which one?

In the past, most people grabbed a Euro COMAND 2.5 and then used the megacom adapter to feed into it. With the new unit there really is little to no info yet. Im sure we will see some soon however.

 

2003 Comand system is a 2.0 comand system based. You can watch DVD on the screen using Megacomm Adapter for comand 2.0 . The problem is that you can´t watch it while car is running, and you must to desactivate this feature in your comand, I don´t know how to do it. If someone knows how to do it in 2003 comand, please, tell me.

 

So is the 2003 COMMAND a 2.0 version or 2.5 version and also do i need a euro command or can i just use my US Version command to play dvds on the command .... Also can you provide a direct link to the Megacomm adapter i need to purchase?
