Nav for R 350 with Command

Nav for R 350 with Command
I am interested in adding a nav system to my 2006 R 350 that has the command unit. I have found some systems on ebay from either ML or G Class that visually look the same. I have gotten conflicting stories from different dealers so I thought I would put it out to everyone. Will a nav Command from a ML or G work in a R class? If the complete system will not fit/work, will the nav drive component fit/work with the R class? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Where are you located? It's always easy to know where one is, because there are significant differences in US and Euro spec MBs.
If you have a US spec R-class with MCS II, then it is possible to get the navigation drive fitted. Instead of replacing the entire unit.
