I'm pretty sure the "voice activated" part of this is optional.
The bulletin was written before (and your car sold before) the advent of bluetooth.
So, rather than the final step of installing the phone in the crade, you install the Bluetooth puck instead.
1. AutoSense Blue Label PSE
2. Completer Kit
3. V60 Eliminator Cable
4. Bluetooth Puck
These items will set you back about 1k and if you dont need VR get a completer kit from a C-Class and use the pse cable from it. The SL kit I believe comes with the VR and will cost you probably 600+ rather than 150ish
