Hi Guys,
I have a 2004 S500 and I'm also as deaf as a post.
When I use the Nav, I can hardly hear the voice. I have turned the nav volume all the way up in the settings but its still not great. Is there any hidden settings that would allow me to turn up the nav volume even more? Also, is it possible to put a British voice on there too?

I don't have a W220 but in my car you can tune the navi volume pretty high. And I understand that you really have tuned the navi volume up, that is increasing volume when the announcement is spoken. If that isn't enough and you have your radio (audio source) at a low enough volume, you might need some specific hearing aid stuff if you really have a hearing issue (not just a bit worse than the average ears).
My car speaks "British", actually German and some other languages too but this probably isn't an option on the US map DVD.
