Can anyone tell me how to get a jammed cassette out of the factory head unit in a 2001 C320 without damaging anything (except maybe the cassette)? The message on the front of the HU reads "no tape" but there's one in there. In lieu of that, is there a thread somewhere that explains how to pull out the entire head unit?
