Nav map indicating wrong vehicle location

Porsche GT3
Nav map indicating wrong vehicle location
The Navigation unit is operational but it is currently placing the vehicle everywhere except for where the vehicle actually is. The North, East and Alt subjects are blank and the Satellite indicates zero.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Right, on the old GPS antenna, and replace that with a new one.

check your antenna and splitter. It is not receiving any satellite signals at all.

Good to mention the splitter but I assume it isn't a wiring issue because the Comand should display "-" instead of "0" in that case. Never know about an odd case and good to check all parts then.
