W203 COMAND-APS into 2005 W209, OK?
I'm considering installing a A203 870 35 89 into a 2005 CLK500. From what I've read it seems like it should work. Can anyone confirm this? TIA.

No it will not work. The W209 has a smaller bezel. The W203 unit will not fit in, too large. On pre face lift vehicles they were the same and could be interchanged. The wiring however is the same. If anyone tells you otherwise they are wrong. For some reason a lot of idiots think the two units are compatible. They don't fit. You can put the W209 unit into a W203, but it leaves ugly gaps on either side because its smaller.
