No, there's no chart.

No need to take it apart, just read the VIN and you would know everything about that car.

If you were interested about one particular model, someone might make a list of different options.

I don't know exactly what your looking for, but I posted a pdf with a small ammount of info regarding the years/head units that are used. Hope it helps.
