2005 c230 Sport
What stereo do I have in my c230?
I am purchasing a 2005 c230 sport on Saturday. Stereo sounds great, I was just wondering if it was the HK, Bose, or something else. This has the integrated stereo and nav unit. No brand is on the dash or speaker covers and I am in the US. Thanks your your help.

If it's not labled on the speaker covers, typically the rear dash....then you probably have the stock audio and not the HK option.

Most likely it is a Becker Audio 10, 20, or 30 head unit. I have no specs. You can check the standard and optional equipment on the MBUSA website, www.MBUSA.com.

Can't be he said it's a command system. Hopefully this can help you out in the future.

Hmmmm - yes, he did say integrated stereo and nav. Makes me wonder, though, if it wasn't an Audio 50 (which isn't listed on the pdf you posted).

I'm not too familiar with the C-Class (you can tell) - and my apologies to the OP - I had considerable trouble finding the the model overview for previous models on the MBUSA website. It doesn't even appear in the site map any more.

Thanks! From the pdf I was able to determine that I have the Siemens head unit with Becker navi. I picked the car up yesterday. The stereo is one of my favorite features, sounds incredible!
