iPhone bluetooth poor quality
I have the mercedes aftermarket bluetooth puck that clips into the armrest of my 2005 E 320 cdi.
I pair my iPhone to this device, however people speaking to me say it sounds like I am far away and the volume decreases to an unacceptable level. I can hear them clearly.
I have replaced both the puck and the iPhone but the problem persists
Has anyone had these problems with the iPhone and Bluetooth,
More importantly are there any solutions.
Thanks

I have used the iPhone cradle, its much better but I cannot use the iPod function of the phone as my E class has the audio 20 radio that cannot take an ipod integration kit.
PLEASE ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS, has any one else had this problem,
Thanks

There are two models of the MB bluetooth puck for MHI systems. The one with the most recent firmware and BT protocols is B6 787 5878. If yours is the older one, it could be the source of the problems.
I had no problems with a G3 iPhone and the newer puck.
