Do euro Becker Navi units work for us?
I was browsing the German Ebay site, and saw a bunch of Becker GPS headunits, some are even labeled Mercedes Benz...
Will these units work in US cars?

No, they won't work. Becker's parent company, Harman-Kardon, offers an almost identical system called TrafficPro. They function almost indentically and look the same, but they use slightly different software. I contacted H-K and asked if the TrafficPro mapping software would work with the Becker Audio 30 APS, and they replied that it would not. You could install the H-K TrafficPro, but it won't connect to the CANBUS, so the steering wheel buttons won't work. And it can't be connected to the D2B fiber optic loop, so it can't be connected to the Bose amp, or factory cd changer.
