A2DP Bluetooth audio?

I have a 2006 E55 with COMAND and the MB bluetooth installed. It works well with my iPhone. I have a few questions;

1) The new iPhone 3G(S) is A2DP capable. It can stream MP3 music to your car audio. Will this work with my MB factory bluetooth? (I have an iPod cable, but it's not perfect)

2) Navigation is still pathetic. Is there an aftermarket unit that offers great GPS navigation and retains steering wheel controls?

Thanks!

Seems highly unlikely that technology developed prior to intro of 3Gs will work.

With current 3g best way to get iPod functionality is with the dedicated phone cradle and extra connection between it and iPod interface.

Haven't heard yet whether 3Gs will be same size and use same connector as current 3G.
