Folks, our "mic off/mic on" function doesn't seem to be working. Whatever phone is paired via Bluetooth fails. When the paired phone rings and connects, sometimes we would like privacy. So we are told to select "Mic Off". This does not work. Any ideas.

 

Can you explain a bit more, do you mean the microphone mute is not available or do you mean the mute function does not mute the audio path even if it shows "muted" status?

 

I think he thinks that button unpairs the phone
