TeleAid-After Purchase install possible?
In typical MB fashion, TeleAid is now optional on the R, and all the vehicles that can be found with the colors and options i want do not have it. I have a feeling it is not addable after...has anyone done this successfully?

It's optional because nobody renews their subscription once the free period expires. It's wonderful customer service on MBUSA's part to not require their customers to buy things they don't want.
Unless you plan to be knocked unconscious in a wreck miles and miles from civilization, your personal cellphone and/or passersby will give you all the help you need. That assumes teleaid works miles and miles from civilization, which I wouldn't assume.
It can probably be dealer retrofitted. Most dealer retrofits cost around 3-4 times the sticker price of the option.
