TimePort in 00 ML320 help??
I want to hook up my sprint timeport in my ML. I know I will have only limited functinality but do not want to change or pay the dealer 1500+. I bought the complete hands free kit as a base to use for the install. I assume I can get the following to work but need a little information if possible.
1. antenna hook up Where located and do I need a an adapter to hook into the factory antenna wiring. (I have the antenna installed already)
2. Stereo mute when recieving a call. Where do I connect and how do I find the correct wire.
3. Which power wire do I tie on to and how do I locate this?
4. Use vehicle speakers to listen to caller? Again what wires and where do I locate them.
5. Vehicle mic. where do I tie in and how will I locate?
Where do people normall mount the phone and do they use something different than what comes in the kit.
anything I have forgotten or any help with this including pics is appreciated. i am sure finding all of the wire connections and finding adapters will be a pain.
