Trunk power supplies or ground wire ??

Trunk power supplies or ground wire ??
Please if you guy could help me out it would be appreciated.
One day on a normal driving day, I back up pretty quick and my trunk power went out for some unknown reason. Everything else in the back work but Closing function (opening function still good), license plate light, inside trunk light and center break light.
Question:
What could happen ?
P.S. Please if anyone could show me where is all the trunk ground wire.
