Clicking Noise from amp

CD cartilage on my CL55 stuck inside the cd changer... Today, i took cd changer out, took it apart, pulled out the cartilage and put everything back in. Everything went great except when i put cd changer back in the car, i heard clicking noise (click, click, click, click like a second apart) coming from somewhere around the amp which i thought was weird... Then, i turned on the car to see of cd changer is working and nothing, no sound, no loading, no tracks, and the radio doesn't even work. I can tune to different stations but no sound. I hope i didn't break anything. Please advise.

I just went out to my car and tried turning on cd again and still doesn't work but i don't hear the clicking sound anymore. Also, it says "No CD Changer" in the command.... Could this mean cd changer is completely broken? Also if cd changer is broken could it effect the radio... ?
