w211 factory h/k sub --how many ohms?

I'm looking to replace the w211 e320 10" subwoofer in the rear dash as it makes cracking noise at somewhat high levels now, maybe because of excessive heat from the sun. I'm trying to find out the Ohm level of the sub so I can go with a free-air replacement with a little modification with the rear dash fitment...

Have any idea what it is? or what ohm level would be still good enough to push. I'm not trying to go for them crazy SPL's but a rather soothing deep soft bass. The harmon kardon just isnt cutting is anymore....

(i see that it is corded as a dual voice coil but no indication of the ohm)

thanks!

I believe it is a 2 ohm speaker. They do that so they can rate the amp power higher. It is a false logic though.
