I have an infinity basslink installed in my trunk. The input is spliced with one of the rear speakers, the power and ground are direct to the battery terminals I believe.

Sometimes, when I close my car door the sub will just continue to give this resonant bass buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz like one note of bass just keeps going and eventually dies out. It also happens when I open a door sometimes, lock my car etc. I can usually get it to stop by just opening up the trunk almost like its feedback or a resonant frequency caused by i dont know what?

Any ideas?

connect the input trigger (remote turn on) to an ignition source. also check the ground

Thanks, as far as I can see the ground is hooked up to the battery ground and if I'm not mistaken the power is off an accessory + battery power terminal, then there is the connection to one of the rear speakers.

basically sounds like there is still power when the vehicle is off but no signal

Try to find a new power source that cuts off with ignition basically?
