Comand address book, name sorting / address from outlook

Comand address book, name sorting / address from outlook
Hi there,
In the process of overhauling my Outlook address book and using Blackberry Bold 9700 Bluetooth to synchronise back to Comand of my 2008 SL 63, but found the following two problems
1) always LAST NAME sorting
- any one know to set " FIRST NAME " sorting
2) address entered by Outlook ( or Google Maps or Blackberry ) cannot be recognised as navigation point on Comand
- but able to display as address
- any one know the legend of MB / Navtaq maps so i can follow on Outlook please
