radio question cm-2194
My local dealership was unable to help, so I hope someone here can help. I broke a couple of the buttons on my radio--the alpine deck (CM-2194) that was OEM for '97 C280. Anyone know where I might be able to purchase buttons for the radio? Dealership has no clue and I've already checked out the AlpineUSA website and could not find anything there either.

Doing a search on Benz OEM I came up with this URL :
http://www.beckerelectronics.com/strepair.htm
Might want to contact them and see if they can replace the buttons.
Alternatively, there're a few up on Ebay

If your unit didn't look like that, post a pic and perhaps we can find some more info.
IMO you're better off just buying an Ebay unit and scavenging it for parts. By the time you get done with labor charges, parts and shipping (if necessary), it'll cost more than having that spare unit! If it's in much better condition (the Ebay one) just put it in instead!
