Help..worked fine, but....
now won't pair. Phone says "connected but not paired" Samsung Galaxy with Tmob service. First day I had the car, last week, they talked to each other and synced up easily. Now, when I enter the car and it wakes up, nav screen says "telephone off". Hitting the tel button again starts the process, and it seems to be going well. Screen comes up normally and says "now downloading".....then it stops the process and goes back to telephone off. 05 SL with silver bluetooth puck. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

You mey have been pushed an update on the Samsung. Try deleting the pairing and start over. The Android devices have been having issues like this, system wide. The MB Puck is well known for off and on compatibility issues.
Else, look at an "all phones compatible" puck like the Viseeo MB-2.

You may be right....
during my busy weekend, I think I saw a software message about an update. I will try to back out and start over. Thanks for the info, I'll keep you posted.

with our test Samsung units, the BT firmware can not be downgraded. Only the operating system can. Once the BT and Baseband are upgraded, no turning back without lots of hacking.
