2005 clk500; 2006 CLS 500 ; 1994 E 320 cabriolet
Telephone No Sound through speakers
We have a 2006 CLS 500 with integrated telephone system. For some reason the sound no longer comes through the audio system. All of the other telphone functions work (dialing, microphone, etc) but i cannot hear the other party's voice. I would really appreciate any advise or suggestions that you can share with me.
The sound from all of the other sources (audio, SAT) works fine.

Have you checked that you don't have mute on (during a phone call) or audio volume cranked down (audio volume is tuned separately for the phone from the radio etc.).

Wow. I never realized the volume level for phone function is independent of the audio volume.
