2000 MB Phone Problems
Like many other owners of 2000 MB’s I am loosing phone service since I don’t have a trimode phone. I just talked to someone in customer service at MBUSA and he told a vague tale “that they are working on a solution for the 2000 MB's phone problems but there is no information available and there would not be a solution for several months”. This is probably just a way to stall until most of the 2000 owners give up. Anyone have any suggestions no how we can get Mercedes attention?:mad:
