Wiring diagram of diagnostic plug
I just finished installing a us model year 2000 (A208 820 38 89) in my 2001 CLK 320 (W208). I know I need to move pin 33 on the diagnostic plug to pin 34 before I can have the nav enabled with the star system.
First, does anyone have a wiring diagram for that plug (I am not sure on a round plug which pin 33 is) and
Second, is there anyway other than hooking up to the star system to enable this. My shop wants a minimum od $100 to do the programming ( which, from the threads takes no more than 10 minutes including driving the car into the shop ). It just seems a bit exorbitant, even for here in NYC. I am open to suggestions
