Cls fog lamp voltage issue

So I put leds in my bumper but for some reason the car is only sending 2volts to the fogs which isnt enough to run the ballast for the leds. Can anyone one tell me how mb is doing this or if there is a way to get around the fog failure indicator in the dash and I can handle it a different way' thanks

Well not really. Im a tech and i have been working on this in my spare time at work which has been few and far between. I accesed alldatacollision.com from work but i can not find a diagram that shows the circuit to the fog lamp itself. I have pulled 12v from somewhere else so the fog lamps are working now but the indicator is still on. All the info i have gathered so far is that right now i am getting a pulsing 2volts the fog lamp socket( i am assuming this is the cpu testing the circuit). I will keep u up to date if u would like.
