Updating my NAV. Best source?

I have a 2008 C63. Want to update my Nav Maps. What is the best source for the disc? Does everyone price it the same?

Also, can it be used again? I have a friend with a 2008 C350, but I also have a friend with a very sweet 2006 E55 wagon. Would that system use the same disc?

Interested in this as well. The price is pretty steep just for new maps for a GPS i rarely use.. If i can split that price with a few locals it would definitely be worth it.
