W220 S55 - Can i plug an ipod via these 3 ports?

W220 S55 - Can i plug an ipod via these 3 ports?
Hi

My 2004 S55 seems to have the older Comand unit in the front with a TV in the rear. The TV in the back however has the 3 aux ports underneath it and i was wondering what i could plug into there, especially in the way of something to play MP3's and/or DVD's and wether it will just pick it up.

I was thinking of using this cable to plug in an ipod but im not entirely sure if it will be that straight forward. The cable itself seems to have an earthing point which seems abit strange.
